My approach to massage therapy is a client centred outcome based approach.Meaning that each client’s treatment plan is custom tailored to achieve their goals.

I am a graduate of Fleming College’s Massage Therapy program and also hold an Undergraduate degree from Ryerson University. I have a Bowen Therapy Diploma of Proficiency from The Bowen Therapy Academy of Australia. To compliment massage I have completed certifications for cupping therapy.

My practice is located at 1550 Bowmanville Ave, Unit 8 in Refine Medical Aesthetics. I also offer mobile in-home treatments to the surrounding areas of Durham, Kawartha’s, Peterborough-Lakefield and Northumberland. My background was within the emergency service fields as a 911 dispatcher, and later as a volunteer firefighter.
