The Listening Group

Hello!

I am a massage therapist in Oshawa. I am forming a free listening support group for women over 45.  My intention is to offer a listening ear to help women cope. Issues could include, but are not limited to:

Empty nest syndrome

Marital strife/divorce

Estrangement from children

Death of a loved one

Health issues

The included video outlines the purpose of this group and a general overview of how it will be conducted. Meetings are held once per month either at my Oshawa office location or off site in the picturesque in Bethany, Ontario
